Paul graduated from Duquesne University School of Law, magna cum laude. While representing family law clients, Paul has handled all types of cases, ranging from support and custody through divorce and PFAs. As Allegheny County Appointed Defense Counsel, Paul has represented clients in hundreds of support contempt hearings where the obligor faces the possibility of incarceration. He has also represented criminal defendants accused of offenses ranging from summary violations through felony charges and appeals to the Superior Court. He has also handled civil cases, such as breach of contract, landlord-tenant cases, and unemployment cases.
After coming to Florida, Paul worked as general counsel for a property management company, litigating cases involving contract enforcement, property tax defense, land use restrictions, mortgage and lending issues, as well as landlord-tenant issues.
Paul is a veteran and current member of the Army National Guard.

Alina graduated from the Siberian Federal University of Law in Krasnoyarsk, Russia, where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Comparative Law. She furthered her education in Russia, obtaining a Master’s degree in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure. While in Russia, she worked for the Prosecutor’s Office, where she prosecuted transportation offenses. Her responsibilities included offenses occurring on the rivers, trains, and airports within her jurisdiction. Upon leaving the Prosecutor’s Office, Alina worked for a prestigious law firm in Krasnoyarsk representing private clients in civil and criminal matters. She has also held non-attorney positions in the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the Ministry of Health.
Alina pursued further education in the United States at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where she obtained a Master of Law degree (LLM) in U.S. and Global Legal Studies. Alina is fluent in Russian and English and speaks some Mandarin Chinese.
